Going through the darkest valley…
Dearest friends & family in Christ, Going through Depression myself , I feel Iike God makes me more humble . I may just be more fortunate than my clients . Even if we have gone through it, every story is unique, we should not compare it with our own journey . Workplace bullying has triggered my childhood trauma . Workplace bullying is repeated, health-harming abusive conduct with verbal abuse, threatening, intimidating, humiliating, work sabotage. Everyday, 2 youth suicide in HK. Last month, 3 teachers ended their life due to work pressure/workplace bullying. I asked God why I have to go through this? It is great loneliness and disappointment. Yet, I have much deeper understanding of students who are suffering in depression or school bullying .
