Going through the darkest valley…

Dearest friends & family in Christ,

Going through Depression myself, I feel Iike God makes me more humble. I may just be more fortunate than my clients. Even if we have gone through it, every story is unique, we should not compare it with our own journey.


Workplace bullying has triggered my childhood trauma. Workplace bullying is repeated, health-harming abusive conduct with verbal abuse, threatening, intimidating, humiliating, work sabotage.


Everyday, 2 youth suicide in HK. Last month, 3 teachers ended their life due to work pressure/workplace bullying.


I asked God why I have to go through this? It is great loneliness and disappointment. Yet, I have much deeper understanding of students who are suffering in depression or school bullying. Really thank you God for the counselor, doctor & friends who support me, listen and pray for me 🙌🏼💗


Jesus suffered deeply on the Cross, He understands our pain. He does not judge and throw bible verses to people in suffering. It is by our prayer, understanding, empathy, people can gradually get out of the black hole.


YWAM is planning to start a youth center in HK, please pray for the team.


Prayer requests:

  1. Full recovery & protection of my health, with good sleep, I truly need a great rest, no negative thought /insomnia /nightmare. Pls pray for healing for my left knee and scoliosis
  2. God’s provision of finance, the living cost is very high in HK, this sudden Depression affect my finance heavily, facing a tough time right now.
  3. God’s timing & leading of His clear direction
